acceptable location, disappointing room

small elevator cramped bathroom

the location was easily accessible by train. (i liked this a lot).

The bed was not large enough. the elevator is small. Only one person fits. the bathroom barely fits the toilet, sink, and shower, everything is cramped.

small elevator lack of mini-fridge

The elevator was quite small. it barely fit my luggage. I had to make multiple trips. also, the room lacked a mini-fridge, a problem since i needed to store some medication and had to ask the staff to keep it in their fridge. they hesitated initially, though they eventually agreed when i explained it was medication.

small room increased tax

the location was acceptable and offered easy access to transportation.

The room i booked was much smaller than expected. It was difficult to manage luggage. furthermore, the city tax was unexpectedly higher than the initial quote. i paid an additional fee upon arrival, frustrating.

fantastic find in a prime location!

unbeatable location complimentary water ready staff

the location was unbeatable, i found it so easy to get around! nearby, there are lots of restaurants. the hotel offered complimentary water, this was a superb touch. the staff were always ready to assist, i especially appreciated that!

the elevator was quite small, only suitable for one person at a time.

many good restaurants are situated nearby! breakfast was a great value, i enjoyed it. coffee or tea is easily accessible in the room, i found it very useful, especially early in the mornings.

the water filter system dispenses both still and sparkling water. i found it available for all guests in the lobby! the hotel is renovated, this enhances the overall experience. there is also free water everyday!

the rooms were tidy and spacious. there is a very modern bathroom! the air conditioning worked well, i found it essential. windows open easily and provide great ventilation too.
